For those that don’t know Game has been trying to get a G-Unit Reunion going for a couple of months now. Just recently Game started a G-Unit Reunion website which had a petition that fans could sign if they wanted to see the reunion happen. The Boombox just recently sat down with 50 Cent to discuss if he’s interested in a reunion. At this point 50 Cent stated that’s he’s not interested and that it won’t matter how many people sign it, it just won’t happen. Check out what 50 Cent had to say after the jump.
50 Cent rejects Game’s online petition & says it’s just a publicity stunt on his behalf:
“You’re not gonna get nothing back together. I decide that. I do what I want to do. I don’t give a f**k what they talking about on a blog post. Every time there was nothing going on [Game] said “Fuck you, 50,” to generate some sort of new interest. But now that doesn’t work anymore. So you gotta figure out a new way to do it. And now it’s saying, ‘We’ll get G-Unit back together!’”
50 Cent also says that some relationships are beyond repair and that the reunion puts complication on each member’s artists and affiliations:
“If it worked it would be something cool that I did,” he said. [But] what would you say if I actually did put it together and then it fell apart right in front of you? Or if I bring them around each other and their feelings from a long time — the disrespect and the talking — bleed over into the people that are just around them and then one of them gets shot and killed, or one of them gets stabbed and hurt bad. Then what?”
